The staff and front desk clerk, and the lady at breakfast room were great, very proactive and responsive. But we were in a group of people staying in 4 rooms and needed to use the board room at the last minute. We asked the front desk lady if we could use the board room from 8:30 to 12:00 and no one was using it at the time. She allowed us in, but the sales manager came in later and was very rude and kicked us out of the room. We understand it would be rented, but it was for a couple of hours and we are staying in this hotel... read more

This place used to be amazing and close to my medical treatments, but unfortunately the desk lady made a mistake with billing our credit card and when we inquired about it we got into a ridiculous argument (taped) and was put on their "DO NOT RENT" list we contacted corporate office and they didn't care and could not contact the owners (BOAT CORP.) thankfully we have found a much better accommodations...........
Really lovely stay. Super clean🎶 excellent staff Bonnie and Annie at the front desk and my super great maid Melissa and Mikayla! Just wonderful! ..A refreshing sparkling clean pool! And excellent park to walk my pups with Lovely birds and a pair of very darling Burrowing Owls”(there are the smallest owls in the world! Very nice breakfast too
