Really hate to have to review a Comfort Inn like this, but here goes. I made a mistake when checking in and gave the wrong credit card which was charged of course. I really wanted to switch the charge to a different card. should be easy peasy right? WRONG! I was told it could take up to 7 business days and the charge already went through and could not be reversed. Ummmm! Right! I've been in the credit card charging business for decades. Great hotel 5 stars all the way .
Have stayed here several times. Always a good experience. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Close to several restaurants.
