My family visited this hotel and some of the rules are ridiculous. My mother in Law has rubitory arthritis and we are not allowed to bring food up to our room from breakfast per signs posted. Also, its annoying that we have to bring dirty towels to the desk just to get fresh ones. Where is your staff?
Rooms were decent enough but the lady at the front desk Friday evening and Saturday evening was extremely rude to the point of almost racism. I went to ask for towels and was told to sit and wait and I would be taken care of. She then proceeded to help everyone but me including people that had just walked in. After 30 minutes I gave up and went and found people cleaning rooms and got towels from them.
I stay at comfort suites across the country and normally do not have a problem. I am a platinum member, but after my experience on the phone it was the worst customer experience, People need to be trained on how they should talk to people. And it took forever for them to Answer the phone I had to call three times. I will not stay at this hotel.
