Rooms are clean and modern. Very comfortable beds
We stayed a total of 7 nights here, we drove down to FL from NY to see my very sick father. Upon check-in, Rashma Kathwaru, the Assistant General Manager, in her snotty voice asked if we were sure we were at the right hotel, because she could not find our name, it's almost like she didn't think we were good enough to stay at a Comfort Inn. We traveled with our two older children, so we were using the pullout sofa bed. I sent my teenage son down to get linens for it and the same women was quite rude to him as well. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Me and my family were on a spring break trip with my kids. THREE times me and my kids had to change rooms. It was either freezing cold or the tv wasn’t working. After speaking to a manager he asked “please don’t leave a bad review” excuse me?! You do realize you’ve done NOTHING to make this visit better. We will not ever be returning to this location. Not only did we have to change rooms we had someone trying to get into our room at 6am. The bathrooms didn’t lock. This was just an absolute nightmare. D... read more
