Great place great service
AMAZING! I checked in after I got off work last night and the 2 gentlemen at the desk were very welcoming, hospitable and polite. I had a request and was met with understanding and they took care of me and made sure I felt like a valued guest. These men are the standard and the professionalism as well as just kindness is something that I don’t experience with lots of other hotel brands. While at hotel I have been informed that the bus we are traveling in cannot park near the front of the hotel because those are premium and for cars. Even though we have booked over 25 rooms this week and are occupying most of the hotel. I suppose if you are traveling in a bus and booking entire floors you are considered 2nd class here. Note, this was not even overnight parking, that was brief and only for 2 hours in the middle of the day for the group to eat lunch and then we would have been gone. I counted only 2 cars in th... read more
