The hotel was decent and the staff were helpful. However, after checking in our room later in the evening, noticed that the room was hot. Got the kids to bed and turned the air on and the fan turned on, but no A/C. The temperature never dropped below 77 degrees, and no one got any good sleep. The next day I went to the front desk and asked about the A/C and the staff told me my room was on the list needing repair of the hvac. Decent rooms except for a fan we could never shut off in the bathroom. Very disappointed in the pool being in the middle of the lobby. Good breakfast tho.
Older hotel and elevator can be slow but clean, unique atrium, w/heated pool, and great customer service.
