Not very courteous. Breakfast average.
We booked a room here for convenience and loyalty to Comfort. First room was not ready, bed was unmade and no ac. Next room worked OK. Breakfast was normal but not very clean. Tables were not wiped down and kept ready for next patron.
It is very disheartening that Manager Jackie refuses to refund my $435.60 as I explained to her, corporate, as well as customer relations there is a storm heading into the gulf which will affect Louisiana as well as the gulf areas. My family and I had a total of 6 rooms booked and all were cancelled except one, mine. And I understand Manager Jackie has the sole power to issue the refund but refuses.
