Check in was smooth and desk person very friendly. Went to the room and upon checking the beds, there were bed bugs on both sides of the bed. Took pictures and went back to the front desk. Their response was "Im not sure what to do for you, we dont have any other rooms, is there anyone you could bunk with". She tried to call someone but no answer. Waited over an hour in the lobby and still no help. Not even an apology, simply nothing we can do, just request a refund. Ended up going to a hotel a block away.
Not very courteous. Breakfast average.
