I stay in the Reno area twice a week for work, and it's always a joy when I get to stay at this hotel! Clean rooms with a sofa and a big bathroom! This is the only hotel I've been in with a bed I like better than the one I have at home. Super comfy! Wish I could sleep here more often! The free breakfast is good, but they don't have potatoes and the ketchup and hot sauce come in little packets instead of bottles. I boojed a handicap accessible room for my husband. We received a room with a bathroom that had a bar on the wall by the 3- 3.5 ft tall tub!!! Needles to say getting him showerd was difficult and unsafe! When I checked out I asked to leave a message for management regarding the room and tge "handicap" lable and my concern. and the man assisting me immediately went intto they only have one room with a walk in show (#167) and I booked a different rooom ( and I would know that how??) Only receive room service if you request it one day in advance. Breakfast spread is very good.
Right off the train track, in the desert. So noise and bugs kept me one hundred percent satisfied. However, everything is well kept and cozy. Wish TV had more options
