Made this reservation several weeks prior to our stay. My daughter and I planned a night stay for a concert we were attending. Prior to checking in they called my husband to let him know the credit card on file was declined. He apologized and told the lady on the phone at the property it was an old credit card that when I checked in they would get a new one. She stated that would be fine. From the moment we walked in, Bella at the front desk was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. The room was nice and clean. They had a nice little breakfast spread but the breakfast attendant did not seem like they wanted to interact with guests
Pool was packed with kids from dusk to dawn. I asked to take a quiet dip after hour no exeptions, if you didnt bring your child with you you can expect no accommodation.
I had a very disappointing and concerning experience during my stay. Our room appeared to have bugs, and I woke up covered in fresh bite marks all over my face, neck, and chest. I immediately went to the front desk to report the issue and showed the employee the fresh bites. The response I received was completely unacceptable. The front desk employee seemed unconcerned, spoke in a rude and dismissive tone, and showed no urgency or willingness to help.
