The staff was very helpful. The water heater "exploded" and our floor did not have hot water. They relocated us immediately.

Had problems with the TV not working and I was told to figure it out myself.
Pros: The bed was decent, the water pressure in the shower was A+, 9 minutes from the airport. Front desk staff was nice. Cons: It smelled. Like, mildew and old, definitely felt like the place that'd give you athletes foot. The room felt humid and damp, never really found a comfortable temp. The pillows were small little lumps that were either super hard or squashed down to nothing. The one switch in the bathroom was for both light and vent and it was LOUD.
