Clean comfortable and good service. The pool was clean and the staff really nice. The location is amazing with so much access to food and other options within walking distance. Can just walk over to a good Sports Bar ( Rookie's) right behind it. Perfect!!
First and foremost - the two ladies at the front desk are super sweet! Makes you feel at home! Secondly, these rooms are the cleanest my gf and I have ever seen - that is why we come here over anywhere else. Last but not least the price is exceptional considering the quality of the rooms!
One of the few hotels in close to Elgin. Clean and comfortable.
First, I did not bring all this to the staff's attention during our stay because I might be expecting too much. It wasn't so bad I felt we needed to change rooms after settling in my elderly father. However, #1 Bathroom- baseboard behind the toilet was disgusting, walls were gross (random liquid looking marks dripping from about a foot above floor level on multiple walls, and the vent at the ceiling was covered in dust, and maybe 30% of the grout is broken or missing. #2 Bed- who puts the comforter tags at the top of the bed... read more
