The hotel is under construction so we tried to stay positive. Our room seemed updated, but it only had one functioning light, the air conditioning stopped working, electrical outlets were not in convenient places throughout the room, and the only mirror in the room was in the bathroom. We were very disappointed considering the high price of the room.

We recently stayed here with our family, including our 11-month-old and 4-year-old. I want to start by saying the front desk staff were wonderful. They were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. They even encouraged me to contact management directly about my concerns. I understand the hotel is undergoing renovations, but I was surprised this wasn’t disclosed when booking. BED BUGS!!!! I stayed at this hotel with my children. The next morning when when woke up both myself and my children had bug bites all over our bodies. I spoke with the manager of the property to advise. He suggested having cleaning staff check my bed. They said they found nothing but I asked to have the bedding changed because I had to stay two more nights. Dated. Kid was nice that checked us in; entire hotel is being renovated - bit of a mess; pallets stacked in front lobby; there’s ton of ceiling panels out, clear insulation failures / condensation issues. Pool is closed.
