The service and security were outstanding; food was great; parking structured ( the place was utilized as covid19 shelter by the City of, Windsor ) --- felt secured/ cared/ belonged...
The room was clean, but not in the best area.
The staff here were great. It has been a long time since I have heard hotel staff gush about how much they enjoy where they work. They advised our group well and could not do enough. The manager went out of her way on several occasions to help people. Rooms were well designed and clean. A gem in Windsor.
