The Hotel charged a pre-authorization amount of $174 prior to our arrival and at arrival charged a $50 deposit on the credit card. The ************ website and the Comfort Suites Denver Tech Center did not verbally or writing communicate any such charges prior to arriving or at arrival. The illegal charges were reversed days later, but they impact the account.
