Maria was the WORST representative you can EVER ask for. She was like customer service friendly and had a VERY nasty attitude! I will be taking this to top if the chain as no one should have to experience what I had to today.

Not a good experience with this hotel. Hotel staff were rude and were not flexible with extending my stay making my rebook my reservation (had to ask the front desk to call a manager) and then not allowing me to check in even an hour early after explaining I just got back from an extended drive. 2 stars since the rooms were nice and clean. Additionally, mandatory paid parking that was not clear from the website. I will not be coming back here

What do the rooms look like? Here ya go! After our flight was pushed back 17 hours, the airline put us up in a hotel. The front desk was friendly, quick, and efficient with handling many last minute, late night check-ins. The had a box of toiletries ready to go on the counter, as many guests were without their luggage. They also made sure we were prescheduled for a next morning shuttle back to the airport. Well done Comfort Suites! The free breakfast was great, too!

I faced some complications. But in honesty they were standard issues solo travellers face and it is unclear if it was staff or other clients. So just stay diligent. Be aware that cellular service in this building is pretty poor which can lead to security issues for the clients. The hotel policy will prevent you from accessing camera records unless you can collect a police warrant. At the end of the day, I liked my interactions with the front desk staff and they were patient when dealing with my frustrations.

Worst experience we've had at a Comfort Inn so far. We received a lot of trouble in the beginning because of a misunderstanding with the room reservation and the lady at the front desk was rude and disrespectful. Pull out couch was covered in stains, hallways were suspiciously wet, elevator smelled of cigarette smoke, and the pool was filthy and slimy.
