I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff. The woman working refused to provide her name when asked, which immediately raised concerns about accountability. Her attitude was unhelpful and dismissive, and the level of customer service was far below what should be expected from any hotel. Basic courtesy and professionalism were completely lacking. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue.
We asked for a crib for a two month old baby. We were told that none were available. The property refuses to refund our money. Instead expect a two month old baby to sleep in a Queen size bed. We were refused a refund from the hotel when asked.
Quiet and clean standard business class hotel. Okay free breakfast. A good value for the money.
Our car was stolen from the parking lot. They had great video footage of it, but offer no real security for your vehicle. Buyer beware!!
