I stayed here for a short night after attending a sports event. Incredibly disappointed to be honest. I would like to first say the staff was excellent and responsive to my needs and assisting with the issues. Staff was great again. The walls here are paper freaking thin. I mean every single word that comes out of your "neighbors" mouth is heard. The pool area is disgusting it REEKS like cigarettes. Towels at this location are super old and raggedy. Very Disappointing Experience – Especially for Senior Guests My mother and aunt, both senior citizens, traveled from Georgia and Maryland to Columbus, Ohio to attend their uncle’s 90th birthday celebration. It was pretty good but bugs where like every where and while I was taking a shower there was ants in the shower it was crazy
Nice hotel! Friendly knowledgeable staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds! Would have given 5 stars but the tv would automatically shutdown after about 3 hrs causing me to wake up and turn it back on to sleep. If that could be resolved it would be a 5 star!
