My check-in experience was horrific! I had just gotten off the road with my partner and we were extremely exhausted and there was one gentleman at the front desk doing the check-ins! The attendant didn’t seem capable of handling the large volume of people coming in to check in so our wait was literally almost an hour! Stayed for the air conditioning with my husband and 5 month old daughter. The guy that checked my husband was unprofessional stating 'you ruined my break', left his half smoked cigarette on the counter leaving the entire lobby smelling like an ashtray. The air conditioning was wonderful, the room was spacious for us 3, not great for sleeping. The room came with two beds both contained bedbugs!!! Thankfully my daughter was not bitten but definitely a reason to swiftly leave with no chance of returning!
This Hotel Location is TOP TIER, I was HIGHLY surprised! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
We stayed at this hotel for four days while in town for a funeral. It was a very nice large suite with a sofa which made it nice for the evenings. Loved the fact that the tv had streaming services. Not many howls have that. The bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. Most of the people at the front desk were great. Friendly and efficient. The breakfast was horrible.
