The main door the facility is had to manually pull open, broken automatic door. But the issue is I had to be the one to open it with the night staff member standing right there. This was the night lady and her welcoming/ friendly level was at zero. The key cards wouldnt work and I had to get staff to let me in the room each time until she decided reprogramming was the answer. The room was clean with plenty of towels but the noise level from the main road, the interstate and the home depot across the street was horrible early... read more

I paid 267 dollars to stay at this hotel for a weekend. I went to my room to shower and the water was still cold after five minutes. I contacted the front desk for them to tell me oh I forgot to tell you. I feel like I was scammed into buying a room knowing I couldn’t use any hot water. All I was offered was a small discount and a refund that would nit occur for at least five days. Yet I was told that I was not scammed. I recently stayed here, and the first room I had was not clean. The floors needed to be vacuumed, the nightstand and TV had not been cleaned, and the tub had hair in it. I went back downstairs and asked if I could have another room. The assistant manager was nice; he put me in another room, which was better, but the TV was not connected to the internet. I called down to let him know. He said he was coming up, but after waiting so long, I just told him not to bother. He was alone, and it was busy. He definitely needs help.
