Checked in…smelled and looked dirty in the lobby. Keys did not work. Had them reset. Clerk had to open the door. Elevator smelled like weed. Couldn’t get back in room when one of us tried the keys again. We left. Will be contacting corporate office. Place needs to be shut down and renovated.
This place is unclean. The pictures are enhanced to make it look nicer. Front desk is extremely unhelpful as no being their only answer to every request including checking in a bit early, holding luggage for us or even canceling but since I booked with Expedia I am stuck at this place. Don’t stay here if you value good service and cleanliness. Just checked in the room smells like urine. We have left the door open. I am going to see if I can get refunded.
Upon check in the front desk gave me my room keys. Keys weren't working went back downstairs to front desk. Waited 30-40 mins on the front desk representative. When she got bk there was no apology at all. Just a blunt attitude. Poor customer service. This gives a bad experience and not welcoming.
