Front desk is rude and not customer friendly. Key cards worked maybe twice a day. Had them reset multiple times and kept being accused of not knowing how to work them. No milk or juices at breakfast. Advertised heated pool but it’s ice cold with the front desk saying “the room is heated”. Tried to buy a drink from the Lottie store to be met with attitude for them doing their job. Tv is an internet tv that more then half the night just sat there buffering.
First off this place is not pet friendly. It has to be a service animal for them not to charge you an arm and a leg for them to be there. That happens of course with hotels but we got told a price and it was not the case when we went to check in. Not only did we get 0 help with what was told to us prior we got attitude. We were not listened to. My mother was told I needed a snickers because I was upset. Dont be white and go here.
Shaquita was very pleasant and helpful! Will definitely be back here. Had a very nice stay.
Arriving to comfort suites lobby smell so good clean and front desk was so nice and kind Ms Quita room was so clean smell good breakfast wonderful if I ever need somewhere to rest I would always come back to comfort suite
