Do not stay here. What an absolutely horrible experience and continues to be. Many rooms doors look they theve been pry bar opened. This place is not safe. The room my wife and kids stayed could be pushed open without using a key. They were not clean. The walls had funk and dirt on them. Missing towels racks but the hinges were still on the wall. I’m sitting here at 1:30 in the morning hearing screaming and running down halls. I tried calling the front desk but our in room phone doesn’t work so I called the front desk from my cell phone and of course, no one picked up. All of this was after we got room 101 and unfolded the pull out sofa to find some type of sand debris, pee stains, and blood stains. This is a hard review to leave, the hotel staff are great, The Main manager Gloria is awful, probably shouldn’t be in management and hopefully not much longer. My first night there I had 2 rooms booked for my boy’s graduation at Fort Jackson, between the rooms we had 5 different rooms the first night, issues from the SHEETS BEING DIRTY AND STAINED, BEDS NOT MADE PROPERLY, NO MATTRESS PROTECTORS, CARPET DIRTY AND GREASY, BUG IN THE BATHROOM TOLIET SWIMMING AROUND.
