Got to the room had no towels and tv didnt work but got us a new room and was good nice place tho
Nice rooms front desk was very helpful And they have semi parking which is a plus.
Staff was kind and accommodating, let us check in early. Room exceeded my expectations. Very clean, I’m impressed.
Never made it to the room. The morning of our stay, they called and cancelled on us because the power was out. Check in is 4pm and they called at 930am. Totally lost a customer forever. I understand things happen, but if you're closing your doors because the power is out, which isn't usually very long, is absolutely ridiculous. My son had a golf tournament for 2 days, one round in Fort Madison and another in Burlington. We're driving an hour and a half to Burlington to stay for one night so we looked for something affordable... read more
The bed felt awful, you could feel the springs, and the pillows were ao small they were useless. elevator and halls reeked of smoke but luckily not my room. Such potential here with nice pool area and the peacefulness around it, but it needs some help.
