Very disappointed in the two Queen bed se sweet I was told by corporate customer service that they had a two-bed queen suite that slept 7 and it was like a separate room well there's no separate room it's just a half a wall and I was also placed right by the front desk like two feet away and I have a service animal who when he's not working is a little bit reactive to noise and the elevator was right here going all night it was very disturbing and I addressed these issues right when I very first got to the property like I wa... read more

My job reserved these rooms for 5 of us and we're all having the same issues. We work construction and would at least like our towels and sheets changed every 3 days, but it's not happening and we go to the front desk that have an attitude. The job has literally paid thousands for us to be here for for a month an a half. POOR POOR SERVICE FROM FRONT DESK STAFF.

I'm super confused by some of these negative reviews. This place was great all around. Room was clean and very new. Breakfast was good. Your typical free hotel breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, yogurt, muffins, fruit, etc. The staff kept the breakfast full despite the hotel being 100% full. No issues at all. Front desk was nice and helpful. Very easy on and of the HWY. Great location. Overall enjoyed this hotel and will stay here again in the future.
