The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. I found the lobby very spacious and the fireplace inviting. The Breakfast in the morning was good something satisfying to eat for Just about everyone. This is where it get's bad. Our first Night I was cold. I couldn't set the unit because it read E5. So I called and asked for help. I was put on hold and forgotten about. I called again and finally got someone to come up to fix it, done in 1 minute. Perfect stay for our 1 night stop. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was more than we expected, blueberry and pumpkin waffles, eggs, bacon, boiled eggs toast,biscuits pastries, cereal, the staff raking care of the breakfast area was super friendly and informative. Our room was clean and quiet. We felt safe. Plenty of parking. Very cool lobby with an Awesome fireplace. Would definitely stay here again. THE BEST VALUE FOR WHAT YOU GET it is well worth it!!! It did have a heated pool I whis we would of had time to use.

Came up here for the App State homecoming game. They wouldn’t let us check in early even though the parking lot was less than half full. There was a sweet lady with a birds nest on her head that worked the front desk. She was very helpful on telling us the pool was closed immediately after we asked! Will be back!
