Employee who checked me in night of 02/28/26 was extremely rude, despite my overwhelmingly kind attitude toward her. She threw a fit after I handed her my credit card and inquired about the hotel’s policy on having a credit card on file. I asked because I observed her ask the guest in front of me for his credit card, which he declined to give her. To my surprise, she continued with the check-in process and sent him on his way. Decent for the price but they never brought more towels or took the trash. Breakfast was fine. Pool is ice cold.
We loved our stay here. Everything was clean and convenient. Loved our room. Breakfast buffet was our favorite.
