Front door open at all times, no pets or even service animals accepted, crummy water pressure; the best part was the response my wife got. Lololololololol Y'all never even asked for documents. Y'alls lady attendant just took one look at us and simply stated no animals allowed whatsoever. Bet I could get a group of friends you'd never expect were mine and you'd let them bring in whatever simply because of who they are and I'd expose the hypocrisy in a heartbeat.

So, I would like to say, the hotel itself was ok, the room was fine, clean. The staff on the other hand, could have been a little nicer, we took our 16 year old there to swim for her bday, she invited a few friends, we bought pizza and put a few decorations around the room, which I have done in other hotels no issues, they put all out but 4 people that were to be in the room, the people that were there were not staying they came to see her for her bday and they were going to leave, they said visitation hour was over at 8, I ... read more

This place is DISGUSTING. You can tell the moment you walk in that it is not kept up well. It was smelly, and dirty. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Stay anywhere else. The pool was cloudy and they didn't have towels. Their breakfast area was filthy when we checked in at 4:00. They don't have enough staff to do things in a timely manner. Worst of all our air conditioning unit was COVERED in black mold. The GM wasn't there and now I am getting the run around on a refund. This place is a joke. Needs to be shut down!

My family and I went here during labor day weekend. This hotel is undesirable to say the least. It was filthy and had a stench throughout the entire hotel. The kitchen area was so gross. There was fingerprints everywhere, like nothing ever gets wiped down, there was crumbs and stuff all over the floors, stuff spilled all over the counter, garbage was overflowing inside and outside the hotel.
