The room smelled like poop - they said it was from a recent shower repair. (?) They didn’t re-fill toilet paper and Kleenex. The shampoo was out. The hot tub was sudsy and in need of a clean. The pool was cloudy, also in need of a cleaning. No hot water one morning. The hallway smelled like weed. The elevator screeched. The staff was always away from the front desk. I would avoid, if you can.

We had one of the worst experiences lived in hotels with our children the electricity went out and we had to shower with cold water ... we used our phones to light up .... We couldn't sleep because of the heat we couldn't open the window because it was raining.... He said they gave breakfast and they didn't even offer cereals... The manager disappeared not even to return the keys to the room very disappointing stay

Just terrible! We checked in and walked into the room it smelled terrible like a nursing home, the shower was dirty with a dirty chair used for assisting in taking showers. Grabbed the towel to take a shower after a long day and it was wet! Went to the front desk and told them both large towels were wet, as if they just folded them and put them back on the rack if they were never used. The front desk said they didn’t dry in time. Please don't do it I can say a lot but I want but just know it's totally horrible ill never ever stay at another one idc where it's located
