The first thing that I wasn't pleased with was the fact that I had been on the road driving for 8 hours and upon arrival to this hotel there were no available parking spaces for me to park. There was an 18 wheeler truck that took up about 8-10 spaces and the hotel simply could not accommodate all of its guests. Secondly, upon entering the lobby there were 2 front desk staff members who kept me waiting for 3-4 minutes before asking how they could assist me. The front desk service is poor. The maid service is not up to par. The bar is not stocked with the standards (no Heineken or Grey Goose). The bar should close at 11pm, however the cleanup staff BLASTS the music until midnight ignoring the requests from the front desk staff to turn it off because of a guest request. The television channels are lacking. Corporate needs to pay this location a surprise visit. It is far from what you expect around one of the busiest airports in the country.
