We have been staying at the comfort suites Tucson mall for almost a month now and it has been a great experience for me and my husband! The ladies upfront Gia, Ann and Gabby have been great assistance to us and the breakfast has been wonderful with Minerva and Nubia. We also would like to give kudos to Lidia for the way that she cleans our room. She’s just awesome. We really appreciate it. Kudos to all the staff.
Ann was such a blessing and pleasure to work with. She made my check in smooth, as I had been driving for 13+ hours. The hotel was easy to find. I took off one point because although the room was clean and smelled fine, the lobby and halls smelled like mildew which could be off putting. Breakfast was good and there was a decent variety. Overall my stay was very comfortable and I was able to get some much needed rest to continue my journey the next day.
