They didn’t allow cancellation or a refund after booking an hour before. I understand the 24 hr cancellation policy, the thing is that they didn’t state that. I had to specifically google the question. getting a hold of them oh em gee. They have like 5 robots answering for them. Terrible all around and I never even made it in
Hotelzimmer war sauber. Personal freundlich. Das Frühstück war leider nicht so vielseitig wie in anderen Hotels und durch die Decke konnte man viel Geräusche wahrnehmen.
