I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience. This is an old hotel with a bad smell. The rooms were dirty, and here are the photos to prove it: hair in the bathroom, a dirty door, a rust-stained towel, stained headboards, and behind the nightstand everything was covered in drips and grime. I do not recommend this hotel, and I will never come back.
Elevator wasn’t working smelt horrible like something was on fire. Had to take 3 flights of stairs with our kids. Paying ridiculous amounts for stuff not to be working correctly. Beds were dirty lights weren’t working. AC wasn’t working correctly. Don’t recommend!!
Hotel clerk charged me twice for our stay, so was out that money for the rest of our celebration weekend. Called them the next Monday & another representative reached out to the manager to reverse the double charge, so was really frustrating the original hotel clerk could have done that but she didn’t act like she cared about her job too much. The hotel was also a little sketchy & unclean. Will not stay here again.
