I think they are trying to improve the place a little but it’s run down. Room was a little smelly. The one man at the desk who greeted us wasn’t friendly. The pool was nice. If you need to save money then this is your place. But then you will be with others who also wanted to save a buck…it was a mistake for us.
1/5 — Absolutely Ridiculous Experience I booked and paid through Expedia for a jacuzzi room. When I arrived, Amanda at the front desk told me, “You have the room, but you’re not getting it for what you paid on Expedia.” She said I would have to pay another $40 for the room I had already reserved and paid for. So the room existed, my reservation existed, and I had already paid—but apparently the hotel didn’t want to honor the price I booked it for.
