This hotel is under construction so the immediate interaction wasn’t pleasant. The sheets in the room weren’t clean with obvious stains on bed and to top it all off they are failing to release my security deposit in a timely manner as I’ve never had this issue with a hotel before! Be very careful of the good reviews they show because that’s how I ended up booking here as well! MISLEADING
Great welcome Friendly staff Like the door closing at 10pm ,safety Parking was well lit Close to Houston but yet far lol Definitely very satisfied
Directions from Google maps were weird. The elevators are definitely sus. Lots of noises and taking it's sweet time opening.
