They overbooked and gave away my room. Then they still charged me. I have tried several times to dispute but they keep fighting the dispute and charging my account.

Hotel is a fraud these people are scamming other people me and my wife stayed there one night and we checked out and they were still charging our debit card I highly recommend nobody stay there this place is unacceptable breakfast is terrible staff is very rude oh and the tall white guy named Phil supposedly is the manager there he doesn't know what he's doing he try to charge our card when we already left

I’d like to formally express concern regarding my interaction with the front desk associate Sonya on duty. The communication felt dismissive and unprofessional. As a guest, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure a better experience for future guests. I don’t appreciate being spoken to in that manner. I’m simply asking for assistance, and I expect a respectful response. If this can’t be handled appropriately, I would like to escalate this to management.
