Terrible Experience, Don’t Book! I booked and paid in full for a room because I’m working night shifts locally, and when I arrived, the hotel refused to give me my room. They said I was “checking in too late,” even though I had already paid for that night and had proof of my reservation. I showed up after working all night, completely exhausted, and still they wouldn’t honor my booking or help fix the issue. The rooms are filthy and smell like mildew, cigarettes and wet dogs. They do not properly clean the rooms and the breakfast is a hit or miss. You can’t bring breakfast from the cafeteria so if you have someone with you like an elder or whoever who doesn’t want to walk down and eat then they are out of luck and they micromanage what you eat. Mold everywhere

Great location for the Amaris Bank Amphitheater. We had some trouble getting in our room and the gym but it was all fixed. A lot of work was taking place whie we were there. Friendly staff and awesome breakfast.

We checked into the hotel around 3:30pm but did not visit the room because we were attending a wedding celebration and wouldn't be back to the hotel until late in the evening. When we arrived back at the hotel at 11:45pm, we discovered on entering the room that it wasn't refitted or cleaned after the previous guests had departed. Excited to see ratings but highly disappointed once I walked into the room. I would've asked for another room or refund. Luckily I'm not spending the night. Musty smell as soon as I opened the door. Hair on floor and bathroom shower floor. Spider webs on ceiling. Best view was bed and bathroom. Won't be coming here again.
