I would have given 5 stars because everything is always really nice (have stayed a few times) BUT this last time there were two issues: 1) the filter for their water was not working and while we were offered a bottle of water one night, the next night I was charged $2. But the bigger issue is that on our last day (when we were leaving for the airport and really were going to make use of the breakfasts) the guy on duty was lagging. Had been staying here for two weeks for a work trip. second week housekeeping took property that didn’t belong to them. Talked to multiple front desk people and nothing was done about it. Unfortunately since my job does the booking I’ll be here for a third week, let’s just hope nothing gets taking ..
Old and outdated
Stayed here on a business trip. Staff was very friendly. Check In and Out was quick and efficient. Room was good but definitely in need of some TLC and updating. I was pleased with the mattress and got a good nights sleep. Tv was difficult to see unless you were on the bed or at the desk, could not see it from the couch. Lid on toilet was broke, and the toilet must of had a slow leak cause about every 20 minutes it would run. Slight must smell in the room but not too bad.
