I got a king suite with a kitchenette with the intent of cooking me some dinner. I purchased food from target to cook and once I got back to the hotel I was told that this hotel with a kitchenette didn't have pots pans utensils. The receptionist then proceeds to say well do what others do go and buy some pots n pans with utensils 😂😞. Its very unsettling to look forward to something just to get knocked down. Decent hotel with comfortable beds and helping staff
I am very disappointed with my last visit to this Choice Hotel. First upon my arrival, the hotel was without water. I decided to give it a go, since service men were onsite working on things. Then my room door had a nice gap, which I didn't feel safe being upstairs. So I asked to be on the main level close to the front desk. Then the next morning I woke with no power. im only writing this to help others not go through what i did. i am so disappointed, and i feel misled by the 4-star average reviews. my disabled wife was so excited for our vacation, and I did a fair bit of research to try to make this as frictionless of an experience as possible. we arrived at the hotel 1 hour and 40 minutes after check-in time, and the gentleman at the front deskmade us wait 30 minutes as our room was apparently still going through housekeeping. then when we finally got checked in, we couldnt even get an ... read more
I stayed here on 4-14 and 4-15. I travel for work, I’m on the road close to 300 days a year. I’m a titanium member with choice, which is pretty rare. I say that to illustrate how often I’m in hotels. I always stay at a comfort when there is one available. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in 19 years of traveling.
