This will be our last time staying here. This was our third time staying here on our annual family trip to Gulf Shores and it has gone completely downhill. Although our son's room was fine, we had to change rooms three times as the first room REEKED of weed and the other two smelled so strongly of mold that it was unbearable. There was moldy drywall and damp carpet by the AC that was broadcasting the stench throughout the room and there was mold behind the bathroom tile that was pulling away from the wall. Went for a small conference. Clean and very nice people.
Service mentality is lacking as well as ability to communicate properly with guests at front desk. Room was clean.
