Comfortable and clean, the staff is friendly
I debated posting this review. I was there for a business trip for a week and overall it seemed decent, the gentleman at the front desk was very kind. However, having a cockroach crawl on me while I'm almost asleep in my bed is UNACCEPTABLE. When I spoke with the manager that morning she mumbled and asked for my email to send me a link. I never received that link and I will NEVER stay there again and neither will my fellow associates. The lack of follow up by the manager and just overall treatment is absurd.
