This motel left us disappointed. First the rooms had a smell of drugs. Then things started to fall apart ex doorknobs. A shelf in the bathroom fell on my sons head. Then we found the room wasnt very clean and we had to beg for housekeeping services. We had two rooms in which one was partially clean with a rude note left behind citing that we were to take towels to the laundry room. Lastly upon check out day there wasnt breakfast or anyone in the office.

I'm a traveling nurse that works overnight (7P-7A) and I was in town for work and I decided to stay at the Quality Inn in ******, **. Prior to check in I had already paid full price for 4 nights. My experience and stay at this location was absolutely horrible! This hotel has racially profiled and discriminated against me. I am enraged as I write this and totally disgusted. I came down to visit family and stayed 2 nights. Upon leaving the room I made sure all towels were put up I made sure all trash was in the trash can , bed and sheets were properly on the bed and everything arranged accordingly. 3rd level staircase collapsed while we were on it!!!!!!!!! Small children were underneath being hit by the falling cement/debris. Management didn’t care or help!!! We had to call the police. Worst experience of my life with the absolute worst staff!!!!! I will warn everyone to NEVER STAY HERE!!!! You are better off sleeping out in the street!

I stayed at the Comfort Suites, 3001 Highwood Boulevard, Smyrna, TN 37167 a few times and noticed that I did not get my reward points. When checking my online account, I noticed that some of these trips were marked as cancelled. Since I paid with a credit card, I had the proof that I stayed at the hotel. I believe what happened was that I sent a complaint about the night manager through Choice Hotels customer service since he was extremely rude to our group. Business has cockroaches on two separate rooms on different floors. Management staff threatened their solution was to move rooms at 10pm with children or vacate the property
