I had a rough start here but it ended up being a perfectly fine stay. My first room had a really strong musty smell and sort of smelled like dirty feet. It was also on the ground level closest to the elevator and lobby. Between those two things, I asked for a new room and was quickly given one on the top floor that smelled much better. Kind of expensive for a Comfort Suites. But a nice place in general.
All of the staff were very friendly. Clean room. Saw staff cleaning the common areas like elevators.
I love everything about this hotel. Clean, large rooms, great breakfast, great location on the edge of town. I stay here every single time I'm in Escanaba.
The room was very nice and suitable for family…..
