Worst service i have EVER received at a hotel in recent memory. Would not let us check in at 3, made us wait until 4. Would not give us first floor and said it was 10 additional dollars for 2 queens. I have never felt that unwanted and not valued as a customer.

Nikki cook is a very rude manger. I got approved through email that I got approved for a 1pm checkout she knocked on my door at 120 and told me I have a few mins to leave by 138 she stood in the door way and told me I was being charged an extra 100. Cus they gave me a checkout til noon I tried to explain to her I have a email saying I was approved for a 1pm she told me she doesn't care what that says. I asked her what cooperates number or whose above her and that's when she asked me to leave the hotel.

If I would give negative if I could. This place does NOT tell you of their cancellation policy when you call the hotel directly. My mother tried to cancel her reservation 15 minutes after making it and was told she needed to give 48 hours notice or they would charge the room rate to her card. She was never told of this policy when she called and this was verified by her traveling companion.
