The stay was wonderful. We were in SC for a funeral but the staff was so thoughtful and nice. It made our stay much better. They're kindness was greatly appreciated.
Excellent experience at this hotel property. The staff is kind and helpful, everyone I encountered made a full effort to make sure needs were met. It is sad that this is increasingly uncommon so I truly appreciate good customer service when I find it. This is usually a reflection on management so kudos to them as well. Great comfortable rooms, breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, but fresh hot coffee is always excepted. Staff was very personable and friendly. Will stay here again and recommend to friends!
