Rooms outdated, amell and carpets stained.
I’ve never had a worse experience at a hotel. We stayed Friday and (booked) Saturday night for a conference, and the problems started immediately. When we returned to our room Friday night, we pulled back the sheets and found multiple hairs in the beds, including a pube. When I asked the front desk for clean sheets, the employee didn’t apologize. Instead, he questioned me about why I hadn’t checked the beds when we arrived, then came into our room to inspect and photograph the hairs. Us girls were obviously highly uncomforta... read more
This place has gone down this was my go to place when staying in Monroe. The room are outdated, rugs in the hallway need replacing, it just look dirty. Then I had a roach in my bathroom. Food dropped in the hallway no one cleaned it up.
