Thoroughly disappointed with the communication at this location. I was told to discuss a concern with Ashley on the phone the next day. I've called the number three times with no answer and the voicemail is full. Further, they have charged my card and canceled the reservation without consulting me whatsoever. I will dispute the charge with my bank and will do my best to avoid comfort suites in the future. Please save yourself the difficulty and stay elsewhere. I travel for work as an electrical technician, so I frequently have to estimate how long a repair might take when booking hotel stays. For this trip I booked three nights, planning for the worst case. As it turned out, the job finished early and I checked out at 7:30 AM on the second morning, meaning I stayed two nights instead of three. The issue is what happened next. At night, the outside of this Comfort Inn is dimly lit; so, be careful trying to make it to the door. When we arrived at the room we noticed stains all in the carpet. There was a place on the wall in the bathroom that looked like something had been ripped off the wall. There was a hole in the floor at the foot of one of the beds that was covered by the carpet.
