Really nice staff and it was interesting and good to see the staff enjoying their work day. They just set a good atmosphere among each other which seem to create a good customer vibe. Whatever issue I had they were more than helpful to make it right.
The hotel is very clean and the employees are very friendly and professional. The breakfast is always fresh and plentiful. It's also conveniently located near the freeway, so it's easy to get to restaurants, the mall, gas stations, etc. Love it! It's the only place we stay when visiting Monroe!
The hotel it self was not bad. However it was far belorw experience I expect from Comfort Inn and Suites. There was a ton of people when we got there Friday night and I think that might have played into it. Unfortunately the pool was being drained that same weekend. The gym was greatly lacking with only 5 total dumbells, set of medicine balls, treadmill, elliptical, and bike. The AC in our room was set to where you couldn't change the temp or turn it off.
