Service is terrible and slow. Booked through a 3rd party service but the Comfort Suites decided to charge me as well… tried many times to call and get it resolved, but they kept putting me on a never ending hold instantly. Credit card company is refunding me, but staying at this mediocre hotel is not worth the service headache - would not recommend staying here.
Five stars is not enough for this hotel! I recently booked two rooms for company travel. I researched areas to stay and specifically chose this hotel because of the way that Audra (Manager) had previously responded to online reviews. I had the feeling that she is someone who takes pride in her job and performs it with purpose. She also mentioned her "team" multiple times.
