Welcoming and friendly staff. After unloading our luggage, a staff member noticed and asked if I'd like him to take it back down for me. An unexpected and much appreciated gesture. My only complaint is that the carpets could use a deep cleaning. However, the rest of the facility was clean and stocked well.
Charged twice for the room. Brought concern to front desk agent who refused to fix problem and said call back later to speak to management. Brought issue to supervisor who assured I was NOT charged twice and gave me a receipt for the room showing $0. Charge was still on my card two weeks later, called back and got a manager who ultimately resolved issue, but it should not have taken raising the issue 3x to get it fixed. Would have been a nice stay if not for this issue.
Great rooms,very clean, beds are very comfortable, lots of parking
