Great hotel, they got us a room quick because the Hampton down the street double booked us and I showed up at 3 so other person got my room. I am glad they did that because Comforts rooms are nicer and so is staff
Enjoy the staying there they had a nice breakfast
Great customer service…clean room, very friendly staff……good breakfast… definitely will chose Comfort Inns on our next visit The one in Pell City was awesome (we originally was going to stay at Holiday.Inn.but glad we chose Comfort Inn instead)
Santana was awesome! She was accommodating and friendly. It’s a great hotel with great nice quiet comfortable rooms. Highly recommend.
