I tried to make reservations on line / instead I was taken to the date I was on line and when I realized the mistake I couldn’t change it . Ok , so I called I spoke with two people who understood English but I had a difficult time understanding them. Both said I had to keep the reservation because the time span did not allow a refund ??? I called the credit company I used cancelled . But I had called within 10 minutes the hotel / in fact I’d say, 3 minutes I am calling the BBB tomorrow this was a scam

Clean and nice. Bed is superb coming back here for work again.
This is a reasonable place to stay. The rooms are dated and the front desk staff seems to not be empowered to help…..
