I was prepared to give a great review, unfortunately, I did not get to stay at this hotel, although i referred someone else to book there as well. I also checked prior to booking about my ESA animal and then booked a month in advance. Once I checked in, a payment was taken, and then I was told service animals only. Though this was an unfortunate experience, thankfully, I was able to book last minute at Best Western.
