I’m giving a 1 star currently, but will change it to a 5 star if I can get an issue resolved. We stayed July 22-24. Our stay was nice, but my daughter accidentally left her necklace there in our hotel room. It was given to her by her dad who passed away a few years ago. She is still in distress about it. We checked all of our belongings. We KNOW it was there in the room hooked to the lamp. I called front desk. She did say she went and looked and also called the cleaning lady. I've been coming here for years for my job! The service here is great! The rooms stay clean, tubs are clean that's a plus for me lol! The location right off the freeway so it's easy to get to my location. Food places are all around , gas stations so it sit in the right place.

They just put you in a room they want. If im staying by myself, why do I need 2 beds. SMH. Used to be a great place to stay. Now it's always something not working properly or getting rooms with more occupancy space then you need.
