Not a long term storage option--- When I moved my belongings into a 10x10 storage unit in June 2021, the rate was $120 per month. Five years later, the rate nearly doubled to $228 per month. Months are paid up front. I moved out on July 3rd but was refused a refund for the prorated month. The agent working told me I needed to provide a move out notice and was unable/unwilling to work with me. Paying $228 for threw days of storage is ridiculous.
Sarah @ Extra space is great and needs a raise, but the REIT operating as Extra Space is greedy! She listened to my frustration about corporate taking my rate for a 10x10 from $130 to $180 in one month and was able to convince me stay at this location for a little longer. Extra Space seems very aggressive with rate hikes just like they are with their acquisitions of their competitors. Sarah was very helpful in getting my unit available the same day. Online would only let me schedule for next day start of service, but I needed it the same day. She gave me a time it would be completed and communicated with me when it was complete.
Friendly, very helpful. Clean, easy access! A+ Sarah is so helpful and nice!
