This fellow is dishonest and operates out of a pickup truck. He told me my system needed R-22 freon which cost $200 per pound (actual is $16/lb) and that it would cost $10,000 to replace the system. He showed up 2 hours late for his appointment (6:15 PM on Friday) and just wanted to collect his fee and go home. System was later fixed for less than $500 and is working fine.

I contacted you just before 6:00 P.M and told you I was 13 minutes behind according to my GPS. Second, yes I do work out of a pickup truck because I can't afford a big fancy work truck. He was very honest and told me my options and that in his opinion no additional work was needed. He didn t try to upsell me, which was very much appreciated.
