Had a technician by the name of Joseph come to do a check-up (everything was working the way it should) . He checked everything like he was supposed to and he said my upstairs outside unit line was icing up and the coils were dirty, he cleaned the coils and said it would fix the issue. After he left the upstairs started to get hot, I tried to reach out to the company to come back out and check it but even claiming to be a 24/7 company, no one answered the phone, I left a message and the recording said they would call you bac... read more
They're great and prompt, Doo excellent work. Good value. Edit. Something is going on with comfort squad they will not return calls they don't answer their phone and we can't get anybody to come service our equipment I think they're going out of business.
