I have nothing but great things to say about Comfort Specialists of Charlotte. They came out the next day after I called (during the HVAC busy season) to provide a quote on installing a new ductless system in my basement. They were able to provide the quote the same day and were very competitively priced. My home warranty company sent Comfort out to replace the evaporator coil on a one year old AC system. That means cut off the old coil and solder a new coil to it. Comfort reported that they had to “modify” my system which is not covered by warranty so I had to pay them directly more money. When I spoke to the warranty company and explained there was no “modification” but a simple remove and install they agreed there should be no charge.
