Here is my final review of comfort solutions. We originally had Michael come out a few days ago after a leak started from our AC’s condensate tray. He did a thorough inspection and cleared out our line! The leak stopped that day, and the service was less than $200. It was great! Then the line started leaking again. We called again, and found the person who took our call was frustrating to deal with. Our first service with Comfort Solutions was great. Chris came by on time and was professional. He used shoe covers to move throughout our home. I'm very grateful for that, as we have new carpet. He sat down with me and went over our systems. He caught things we wouldn't have known about until they went out. Now we are members of the comfort club! Thanks so much Chris!

We just used comfort solutions when we sprung a leak from our AC unit. While they couldn’t come out same day (the leak started around 3 pm), a technician was able to come out the very next day. They were prompt, friendly, and most importantly they were able to service our AC and completely resolve the issue same day. The price was great as well. We will definitely be going back to them.
