UPDATE: The installation manager came out on Monday and fixed the seal of the pipe on the roof. I am sorry I chose this company for my gas fireplace. It was a terrible experience. UPDATE: One week after installation and the problems just continue. After Shane fixed the inside issues with the fireplace there are now outside issues. After the very light snow that happened after Thanksgiving we noticed some water spots on top of the stove. The next morning we could see the drops coming from the pipe in the ceiling. On time, professional, clean and thorough. Wore shoe coverings. Brought own drop cloth. Willing to answer questions and was informative and helpful.
Rich was on time and very professional. He put on booties before entering our home and laid out a cloth on the floor for parts after he quickly located the problem. Since he had called me prior and we suspected the problem, he had that particular part with him. He got the issue with our gas fireplace fixed quickly. I would recommend him and comfort solutions.
Rich came in to fix my gas fireplace, he was very efficient, found the problem fast and fixed it in no time. would us him again for any future needs
