The shop manager (Adam) is very pleasant and good to work with.
The technician was great but the problem is I was charged for fixing the condensation leak that was caused because it was never installed right. We had a technician out while it was on warranty for the same problem but it was not fixed correctly so now we’re out of warranty & we have to pay for it. It’s not just paying for the repair we have replace the rear wooden door & repaint because it leaked down the wall & onto the door & warped it. I was delighted with Shane. He not only pointed out what needed to be done, but did so without me feeling neglectivly guilty. The work was timely, thorough, and we had cool air before he left. Marvelous!!
