So I went in to get a filling today. I was in the office for two hours. I did not get my filling. I got an x-ray. I did not ask for. I also paid for my filling that I didn’t get and they refused to give me my money back. The lady at the front desk tried to help, but the lady in the back would not let her give me my money back. I don’t recommend this place. I had already been in for a consultation and when I went in today and went to the back, they still thought I was a new patient.

Going here I was nervous because over the years I've had some jacked up dentist so I'm so scared of dentist... but coming to this facility 1 it's very clean 2 the staff is super amazing the dentist was gentle and both him and the assistant kept the vibe flowing... I feel great they change my mind about going to the dentist my fear is now gone lol I'll definitely be back thanks

I had a horrible experience in this office. I visited this office for my annual check-up last year and was unexpectedly charged for X-rays without prior notice. I was neither informed about the requirement nor given any explanation of potential out-of-pocket costs before the service was performed. In my previous visits, this was never an issue, and I believe such policy changes should be clearly communicated in advance. Transparency in billing is essential, and I was disappointed by the lack of it.

This experience was stellar! From start to finish everyone was cordial and competent! Unity, Asia Joy and Dr. Lottier have granted me a new flawless smile.
