Our ac went out today my husband called everyone he could find. On his last call he asked the nice lady who to call and she said Comfort Services. So he called said they would be here by 3:30. And guess what they were! Chris came looked at unit found the bad part which was a capacitor, he didn’t have one on truck so he went to shop got one came back and vala once installed it began working again. Chris Jewell was awesome and efficient! They kept all of their promises and installed my unit in a very short amount of time! I’m extremely pleased and would recommend comfort services to anyone!
We are very happy with Comfort Services. They maintained regular communication and were able to get us in within 24 hours upon calling. Our AC had been out and someone was scheduled to work on it, but canceled 14 hours in advance (on a 94 degree day). Parker was very helpful. He arrived on time, had the tools he needed, was honest in what we actually HAD to do versus what he could've suggested we should do, and fixed the problem quickly. We contacted Comfort Services because our heat pump on our pool was not working. We had never used Comfort Services, but after reading the reviews we thought they would be a good choice. My husband called and talked with Leanne. She was very nice, and said she would send someone out the next day. She said it would be $150 for the first hour and $125 for each additional hour and then the price of any parts, if needed.
