Comfort Services Inc. was fantastic! They were extremely punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. The technician, Dustin, took the time to explain the issues with my furnace in detail and provided helpful recommendations to improve its operation moving forward. They really listened to what had already been tried and made sure I understood all my options. Super friendly, professional, and helpful—highly recommend!

Have been using them since 1996. For commercial, residential and repairs. One of the best and most honest companies ever and I have used many.
I will never call this company again for service. 10 days ago, I called for service on my hot water heater. They came that day, spent 5 minutes here, and "fixed" the problem by unplugging the igniter switch and plugging it back in. I paid them $150. No hot water later that night. They came the next day and replaced the thermocouple. Only charged me for the part - $55. No hot water later that night. I have used Comfort Services since 2012. Dustin came out today to do my yearly winter checkup on my HVAC system. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I don't trust these "big" name businesses who have gone from focusing their attention on one service to being a "jack of all trades." And you can be assured if they do a lot of advertising (which is expensive) it gets put back on the customer.
