Wonderful experience!
Horrible experience. I was charged for additional service that I did not authorize. Techs had no knowledge of the service I requested which was ductwork and repairing dampers. Hired another company and they fixed the problem.
The customer service is abysmal. From the 15 of January when the install was scheduled to the 20th install date come to find out the salesman Hayden left the company after 2 texts and an email. Then emailed Eric on the 23rd, 26th and called the main number 3 times before Eric emailed me back on February 4th telling me they could be out the next day. Emailed Eric back Feb 5th that I could not leave work to reschedule the appointment and today is the 10th…3 weeks after the furnace and AC unit install and still nothing. Not to ... read more

Jorge and his associate were able to solve the issue as well as provide maintenance to the HVAC unit. Looking forward to seeing them maintain the A/C before summer.
