George was very personable and knowledgeable. I could tell in our conversation that he knew what he was doing. I'd like him to return for maintenance by annually.
Service was horrible. I had tech come out for standing water around my furnace that I assumed was a clogged condisation line. The tech assumed that’s what it was & blew some nitrogen through something & said we were all set. He also talked me into a membership for $299 saying that by signing up we would get a better deal & he would clean & do a PM on the furnace. Turns out he didn’t really do anything of the sort.
