Jeff at Comfort Refrigeration went above and beyond. Instead of sending a tech out and charging me right away, he suggested I check the controller settings first. That advice saved me a lot of money and solved the issue — my freezer is running perfectly now. It’s rare to find someone that honest and customer-focused. Highly recommend Comfort Refrigeration!

I called them out of the blue just based on reviews. My walk in cooler just quit working! They responded to my call immediately & sent someone out right away. Jeff my technician fixed it quickly & explained what had happened & even showed my manager the damaged part to confirm it. I highly recommend this company!

I've had to use Comfort Refrigeration several different times. From my food truck, to our brick and mortar restaurant, they've always been prompt, professional, and affordable! Not only have they fixed my refrigerators and freezers, but they were also able to fix my commercial smoker! Highly recommend and will continue to use them!!

I use this company for multiple locations. They are always professional and quick to come out in an emergency. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.
