Would recommend Comfort Realty hands-down over other agents. Thanks to Comfort Realty, we were able to sell our house in New York in a short amount of time despite rocky market conditions. They are very knowledgeable of the local market and have experience with all aspects of real estate - buying, selling, renting, financing, etc. A few nice touches offered to us included the ability to view showing agent feedback online, and also posting our listing for free on as many relevant, online marketplaces as possible. You will no doubt read the many positive reviews here touting the cash back feature of Comfort Realty which is great in its own right. However, what is even more appealing with the Comfort Realty group is their full service and extensive knowledge of the New York area. One of the Comfort Realty agents actually lived in one of the neighborhoods we focused on and you couldn't ask for a more detail-oriented and dedicated crew from start to finish.
