We've been Carrier dealers for nearly 30yrs. The current crew at Comfort Products is top notch. Special shout out to our territory manager Hillary, who is a gem to work with, keeps their product lines stocked, and bends over backwards even for last minute changes. I've been using comfort products for a long time. I will admit, in the past I've had some issues with counter help. However, I have found Chelsey is the absolute best when it comes to customer service and helping us with our requests. She is the reason for the 5 stars.
