Great Service as always! New dual head heat pump system was installed Dec 2026. It kept me warm all winter and it was cold! Well the first hot day of the year in may and I couldnt get the cooling to work. I fiddled with it some, reset the breaker, no go! It got pretty warm on saturday. On sunday I called and got their service and scheduled an appointment. Monday at 9 I got a call and by 930 the tech showed up. by noon my office/shop (1000sq foot) was cold.
