Very reliable company. They responded immediately to our furnace issue in -35°C weather at 11:00 PM. Their pricing was fair and in line with the market, and we never felt taken advantage of, especially in such an urgent situation with limited options. Highly recommended. We’ve now chosen them as our primary heating and cooling company for our new home.
We were having problems with our furnace. Comfort pro came a day ahead of time to work on our issue. Tom and his crew, Dylan in the office, and Allan who came out to us are all very professional and easy to deal with. We have used them in the past and I would highly recommend them and call them for any future needs.
Excellent service .. always punctual and I was contacted whenever anyone was coming to my house. Furnace and heat pump maintenance done yesterday and technician was informative, professional and answered all my questions. Went above and beyond by removing weeds that had grown over my heat pump last fall. Would highly recommend Comfort Pro for all HVAC needs.
Excellent customer service and communication from the Comfort Pro team. We had a dryer duct issue that upon further investigation turned in an insulation repair due to flaws in the initial installation of ductwork. They worked to make the dryer ducts functional on the first visit, and will be coming back to properly insulate. Sales team and technician (thank you Micheal!) were transparent and very professional throughout the process and we would not hesitate to call them back for any future HVAC concerns.
Comfort Pro replaced my 15-year-old gas fireplace and their personnel performed the work with excellence every step of the way. It began with Steve Greatrex the Solutions Advisor who willingly and helpfully gave me valuable advice on finding the right fireplace. Daniel Larmon the service technician who very capably worked out the unforeseen solution needed to retrofit it into the existing cavity, with the least cost and site revision.
